'Pink Splash' Ground cover rose

Description

Pink splash is a fabulous new addition to Tesselaar's range of FLower Carpet range of groundcover roses. It features spectacular bi-coloured Hot Pink/Pale pink flowers which cover the plant from November through to April. The bushes are low growing (60cm-80cm tall) and around 1m wide, leaves are dark green and glossy.

Care

Pink Splash will thrive in most areas, full sun is required for maximum amount of blooms but the will still grow ell in part shade. Ideal soil is a rich well drained soil with plenty of added organic material. Cut back by two thirds annually in late winter or early spring, you can trim to shape at any time of the year. Fertilise with a rose fertilser such as sudden impact for roses in early spring and again in late summer.

Uses

Use in flowerbeds, mass plantings, large containers and as a standard tree rose. A perfect commercial landscaping plant for low-maintenance colour.
